Frequently asked questions about Wacaco
Do I need electricity?
Only the Pixapresso has a battery and heats by itself. The Picopresso, Nanopresso and Minipresso are fully hand-powered; you add hot water.
Do the makers work with Nespresso capsules?
The Minipresso NS2 and the Nanopresso with NS adapter accept Nespresso-compatible capsules. The Picopresso is for ground coffee only.
Do you ship to Belgium and Luxembourg?
Yes. We are the official distributor for the whole Benelux and ship from Amersfoort, usually within 1 to 2 working days.
What about warranty and spare parts?
As official distributor we provide a 2-year warranty and genuine spare parts, handled from the Netherlands.
